AVALANCHE will use a thoughtful strategy to develop a broad array of extended learning resources to support the interests of teachers, students and the general public. Educational resources created for the AVALANCHE project will be designed to be engaging and interactive, linking cognitive experiences with insights presented in the film. All educational elements will be developed by a team of experienced professionals, under the auspices of the Canadian Avalanche Association and our Scientific Advisory Committee.
Educational components will be tailored through international partnerships which promote avalanche awareness throughout each release territory (Canada, US, European nations, Japan, etc.) encouraging tie-ins with regional avalanche forecasting centers.
